Voice YOUR Opinion - Martin Expo Project

Westsiders, please come out and voice your opinion on one the biggest projects proposed on the westside in years!

The Martin Expo project is proposed for a light industrial lot on the corner of Bundy and Olympic. This is not a project that is allowable under current zoning.  Requiring tremendous up-zoning, the project proposes:

● 516 luxury apartment units totaling 508,200 sq ft
● 99,000 sq ft of retail space
● 150,000 sq ft of office space

The project will significantly impact 16 intersections up to a mile away and will grow to 18 intersections by the year 2030.

Please come out and voice your opinion on this project at the West Los Angeles Sawtelle Neighborhood Council meeting on August 24th, at 7pm, when this project will be discussed.
