It's MAKE A DIFFERENCE DAY this Saturday. What is Make a Difference Day you ask?

From Greg Ericksen of the West LA Community Coalition: "Make a difference day is the largest single day of service nationwide. We’re going to do our part in West LA by beautifying and cleaning up our community!"

Make a difference by cleaning our community on October 28 from 9AM-12PM in partnership with BIG SUNDAY, Councilman Mike Bonin, Steve Little - State Farm Insurance, West LA Sawtelle Neighborhood Council, and Supervisor Sheila Kuehl. We need at least 25 volunteers to help us make WEST LA beautiful! Come volunteer and help your community!

Volunteers will be picking up trash and doing some much needed landscaping at the library, Felicia Mahood Senior Center, West LA Civic, and West LA Police Department.

FREE T-SHIRTS! Plus we will have coffee, donuts, and refreshments!
