Thanksgiving schedule for LA Sanitation

Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, our collection schedule will be delayed on Thursday and Friday. If your collection day is Thursday, your collection will be Friday this week. If your regular collection day is Friday, your collection will be Saturday this week. There is no change to Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday collections. All collection schedules will return to normal next week. Our SAFE Centers will be closed Thursday and Friday, but open again Saturday. Although our business offices are closed Thursday and Friday, our friendly Customer Care Center is always open to answer your questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year at 1-800-773-2489. If you're unsure of your regular collection day, please visit http://neighborhoodinfo.lacity.org and type in your address. As a gentle reminder, we ask that you to please refrain from pouring fats, oils, and grease down the drain when cooking. Even with hot water, the grease can still clog your pipes in your home or sewer lateral, potentially causing very expensive damage.
