1225 Wellesley: Proposed 4-story apartment with density increase, demolition of two duplexes

A new 4-story apartment is proposed at 1225 Wellesley for 10 new units.

4 units will be demolished. 
No affordable housing is proposed.

For open space, no ground-floor open space or recreational area, and a roof deck is proposed.

Residents may qualify for Ellis Act relocation payments of $9,000 to $19,000, and seniors are entitled to 1-year notice and may stay in their apartments for 1 year upon notice of eviction.
