ROBBERY

Pico Bl. & Sawtelle Ave.                    7-2-17 6:00 P.M

The suspect struck the victim on the head with an unknown object.  The suspect removed property from the victim’s pockets as he was knocked unconscious.  The victim was unable to get a suspect description. 

 

11200 Santa Monica Bl.                      7-19-17 12:05 A.M

The suspect entered the store and was involved in a verbal argument with the store employee.  The suspect grabbed cigarettes from the counter and attempted to leave.  The employee grabbed the suspect and attempted to stop him, the suspect pushed him and left the location with the property. 

 

BURGLARY

11700 Mississippi Ave.                      7-12-17 10:20 P.M

The suspect opened the unlocked backdoor of the victim’s residence and rummaged through the belongings.  The suspect left the location, the victim does not believe anything was taken.

2200 Corinth Ave.                              7-14-17 6:00 P.M & 8:30 A.M

The suspect entered the property via unknown means.  The suspect took numerous items and fled the location.

 

THEFT-BURGLARY FROM MOTOR VEHICLE

1300 Brockton Ave.                            7-10-17 & 7-12-17 12:00 P.M

Unknown suspect pried open the victim’s vehicle door and gained entry.  The suspect removed the victim’s property and fled the location.

11700 Tennessee Ave.                        7-12-17 8:05 A.M & 7-12-17 4:00 P.M

Unknown suspect broke the passenger rear window of the victim’s vehicle.  The suspect removed numerous items from the victim’s vehicle.

 

1500 S. Saltair Ave.                            7-10-17 4:30 P.M & 7-12-17 7:00 A.M

Unknown suspect entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle and ransacked it.  The suspect(s) removed numerous items from the vehicle and fled the location in an unknown direction.

1700 Beloit Ave.                                 7-13-17 9:30 P.M &7-14-17 8:00 A.M

Unknown suspect(s) entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle and removed property.  The suspect fled the location with the victim’s property.

1200 Brockton Ave.                            7-12-17 5:00 P.M & 7-13-17 12:00 A.M

Suspect smashed the rear window to the victim’s vehicle and removed property.  The suspect fled the location with property in an unknown direction.

Unknown suspect smashed the victim’s rear window to the vehicle.  The suspect fled the location with the victim’s property.

1500 Butler Ave.                                 7-17-17 3:00 P.M & 7-18-17 9:00 A.M

The victim locked his bicycle to his vehicle, when he returned he discovered his lock was cut and the bike was missing.

 

MAIL THEFT

1200 Brockton Ave.                            7-7-17 2:00 P.M & 7-7-17 10:00 P.M

Unknown suspect took victim’s package from the residence.  The package contained the victim’s driver license, credit cards and wallet.  The credit cards were used several times before the account was closed.  There is no suspect description.

1600 Stoner Ave.                                6-28-17 & 6-29-17 9:00 A.M

An unknown suspect removed a package from the victim’s front door.  The suspect fled the location with the victim’s property in an unknown direction.

 

ARREST

Sawtelle Ave. & Santa Monica Bl.      7-14-17 6:00 P.M

The suspect has generated numerous radio calls for being under the influence of alcohol in public.  She is notorious for unruly behavior and has refused any assistance.  Businesses in the area have been adversely affected by her presence.  On the above date the suspect needed medical treatment due to a consumption of alcohol.  The suspect fought we medical personnel attempting to assist.  I spoke with our neighborhood prosecutor (City Attorney), about seeking a stay away order for this area.
