Crime Blotter and Weekly Update - LAPD SLO James Lavenson

I hope everyone had a good fourth, we had numerous calls of fireworks and possible gunshots.  Good news no gun shots, no fires, and injuries but we did have a lot of upset dogs.  This is going to be a busy few weeks, our carnival will be next week and August 1st is National Night Out at Stoner Recreation Center.  If anyone wants to assist with the Carnival or National Night Out, please let me know.  I have attached a program of movies in the park.  These are going to be a regular event at Stoner Park on Friday nights.

I know my plate is full with the numerous issues in our neighborhoods.  Good news, our Part I crimes are down.  However our homeless component and the crimes of opportunity are steady.  Thank all of you for the tips and information.  I hope to see y'all at the carnival, if you want presale tickets, please let me know.
