PROPOSED PROJECT: A Preliminary Parcel Map for a one-lot subdivision for the construction, use, and maintenance of two new condominium units on a 6,847 square-foot lot in the R2-1 Zone. The removal of a street tree is required in conjunction with the street widening for this project.

Pursuant to Section 17.53, a Preliminary Parcel Map for a one-lot subdivision for the construction, use, and maintenance of two new condominium units; Unit A will be a 3-story, 3,159 square-foot building with a 2-car garage, and Unit B will be a 3-story 4,283 square-foot building with a 2-car garage, on a 6,847 square-foot lot in the R2-1 Zone.
