West LA Community Garden and Beautification Day - Volunteers Needed

We are thrilled to begin the build out of our Community Garden at Felicia Mahood Senior Center and we need your help! The first step in revitalizing the West LA Civic Center.  We need volunteers to help start building planter beds, painting, and cleaning.

In addition to building the garden, we will also be beautifying the Civic Center! Volunteers will be painting the band shell, picking up trash, and doing some much needed landscaping.

We will meet in front of the West LA Municipal Building at 1645 Corinth Avenue. Parking behind the building the entrance to the parking lot is at Corinth and Iowa.

We need volunteers to help start building our first West LA inter-generational teaching garden which includes building planter beds, painting, and cleaning. In addition to building the garden, we will also be beautifying the civic center! Volunteers will be painting the band shell, picking up trash, and doing some much needed landscaping.
