A little thin on the West LA News, but the Movies on Lawn Makes it in!
“Movies on the Lawn” Summer Series in West LA
A great community event returned to West LA this month, as weekly “Movies on the Lawn” screenings of family-friendly films at Stoner Park kicked off its 2019 season. Mike, the West LA Community Coalition, West LA/Sawtelle Neighborhood Council, and Supervisor Sheila Kuehl host the neighborhood gatherings, which kicked off on July 19 with “Boss Baby.”
Thank you to the families and friends who brought blankets and lawn chairs to the park to make the first screening a fun night for everyone. The film series will continue every Friday evening from 7:30 -10 PM through August 30.
