The City of Los Angeles Department of City Planning and Department of Transportation are holding an Open House and Public Hearing for the Development Impact Fee Program Update (updates to the Coastal Transportation Corridor Specific Plan and West Los Angeles Transportation Improvement and Mitigation Plan)
