The proposal is to demolish a 1-story house and duplex (3 units), and build 5 new 4- story small lot houses in R3-1 zone. No affordable housing will be provided. 4 trees will be removed

The West L.A. Sawtelle NC’s “Planning and Land UseManagement” Committee willmeet on Tue., Oct. 15, at 7:15 p.m. to consider this project. The meeting will be at the Felicia Mahood Senior Center (11338 Santa Monica Blvd. & Corinth).
