The proposed location
The proposal is to demolish a 1-story house and build 4 new 3-story townhouses / condominiums on a 45 ft. wide lot with a 5.5-ft. side setback. A road widening of 13 ft. is proposed. No affordable housing will be provided.

The West L.A. Sawtelle NC’s “Planning and Land Use Management” Committee will meet on Tue., Oct. 15, at 7:15 p.m. to consider this project. The meeting will be at the Felicia Mahood Senior Center (11338 Santa Monica Blvd. & Corinth).
