Thank all of you for your assistance in lowering our crime in the neighborhood. The homeless component continues to be time consuming, and less rewarding the past few weeks. Suspect(s) used an unknown type of tool to open the office and remove property. The suspect possibly used copy of the original key to gain entry.
BURGLARY / THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLES
1500 Purdue Ave. 10-1-17 10:20 P.M
Suspect(s) entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle door and removed property. The vehicle was parked in an apartment garage.
11200 W. Olympic Bl. 10-2-17 7:00 P.M & 9:00 P.M
Suspect(s) smashed the victim’s vehicle window and removed property from the vehicle. The vehicle was parked in a parking garage.

Suspect(s) used an unknown object to smash the victim’s vehicle window. The suspect removed property and fled the parking garage.
THEFT
Santa Monica Bl. & Bundy Dr. 10-1-17 12:00 P.M & 3:00 P.M
Suspect(s) removed property from the victim’s truck.
Olympic Bl. & Barrington Ave. 9-24-17 3:00 P.M
The victim was tricked into believing she was involved in a traffic collision. The victim fearing civil ligation gave the suspect cash, to resolve the matter.
11900 Texas Ave. 10-3-17 9:00 A.M & 10-5-17 10:00 A.M
Suspect(s) removed property from the victim’s front door step. The suspect removed and fled the location with plants belonging to the victim.
